  1. Spot the differences? Hmm, I think the first photo is nicer than the other one.

  2. Hmmm.

    I like the color in the remake better, and the artwork is definitely good. On the other hand, the increase in size of The Phantom Stranger throws off the focus of the image and leaves the entire work feeling somewhat unbalanced.

    For obviously not being traced, the images are quite close to one another. While I like remakes that are more of an update to style than actual layout, when the original's layout and style work so well together it oftentimes would be better to change the image's focus as well, in my opinion. Perhaps switching the angle to behind the monster and removing The Phantom Stranger entirely?
