    I believe if I am not mistaken Ernie Colon was a big part of Marvel Comics "HB" comics and from the line quality I see on the Foreign reprint there...it very well could be Mr. Colon

    Actually...looking closer at it. It's a trace job from the original...which was more than likely Ernie Colon.

    yeah...that's Space Ghost traced over which is why the chest and torso aint quite right...but the Dog Wonder is from something I've seen in a comic somewhere before
