As Anonymous said, this one can either be ironic or totally shameful. And it's not just the unnecesary change in their facial expressions... Storm just went from being a powerful, majestic female figure to a DDD Cup playmate with dizzy eyes. WTF.
I love how my comment was deleted. I hope this one will stay if I "tone down" my distaste. I agree with both Anonymous and Snob that this recreation really cheapens the power and sentiment of BWS's original. It doesn't even feel like an homage, but more like a belittling of the original cover.
I hate to break it to you, if I deleted your comment, it would say so in the comments section. So far, I've only deleted comments by the poster's request or if it's spam.
I really like the background on this, and the way the highlight in the clouds connects strom and forge together.
ReplyDeleteIs this one supposed to be ironic? I don't think it works on any level.

ReplyDeleteThere should be a "but" between the "comment," and "it". Shame I can't edit.
ReplyDeleteFelicidades Sedyas, genial reinterpretación :-D
ReplyDeleteExcellent job! I like the subtle detail of them staring out at the distance rather than the camera.
