According to Comics.org it's just Sinnott. Remarkable. I can't think of another time Sinnott penciled. It's possible he did it though. Terry Austin did a few covers himself, so why not Joe Sinnott?
Yeah actually I was a bit surprised myself because with this series in particular I reflexively thought it was Carmine Infantino.
Frankly I was a bit worried it may come off as a bit too cheesecakey but then again Spider-Woman's covers tend to lean that direction, so thanks for the kind words folks!
