  1. Wow. Bug from the Micronauts is the best part.

  2. That must've been a blast to draw (for both of you)! Nice work!

  3. Oh no! There are soooo many things to love...! Jarvis WAS a Skrull all this time! Thor is always hilarious at parties! Multiple hair jokes! Nice signing! Damn straight Shang-Chi is jealous of Danny's fist! Plus, everyone has to admire your smokin' Man-Thing.

However, I'm not quite sure why Clint and Kyle are unhappy with their drinks. Not expensive enough?

  4. Another winner, Anthony. I just don't know how you find the time.

  6. Thanks for the kind comments. I tried very hard to have the jokes make sense....like Quicksilver/Clea's hair or the Moondragon/Medusa hair dynamic. There's also the One-Eyed gang: Deathlok, Nick Fury & Cyclops.
I have some more HEMBECK drawings over at the REPANELED blog. Check it out:

    Thanks

  7. Hawkeye and Nighthawk are upset that Angel gets all the Pussycats. I mean....they're kind of bird-like too.

  9. Interestingly enough, Fred did a couple more versions as commissions with different characters interspersed about. Check them out at Comic Art Fans. Rom Spaceknight even appears on one of them. Here are the links:

  11. So much fun, both of them! Now I want that roast book!

  12. Reed's acting out of character because he's drinking Latverian Brew.
I suspect Doc Doom may have spiked more than the punch at this roast.

Too bad the New Mutants couldn't have crashed the party. Or maybe they weren't a team in 1982?

  13. Beautiful job. To have recreated it as is would have been amazing, but to change things around and make clearer better jokes is golden.
