  1. Zowie, this is just utterly delightful. This is indeed & truly the epitomy of what this website is all about!
(By the way, my dear webmaster, the link to Mr. Perkin's website is sadly non-existant.)

  4. This cover makes me happy for so many reasons.
It's a fever-dream of Marvel Comics history....as though many times/alternate realities are happening at once. It's also the first X-men comic I ever had....won in a bet (I must've been 8) as to how high I could climb a street sign. My friend up the street had a grocery bag full of his uncle's donated silver age Marvels. I won the bet and chose this along with FF annual #4. Looking back, there were much more valuable issues (Iron Man #1 for instance), but I loved the ones I chose.
This is a very dynamic and fun cover....the drawing is amazing. I will add one thing:

    Check out Tom's site!!!!

It's chock full of comic-booky goodness.

  5. Mimic is my all time favorite X-Men character and I hate that he's not involved more in the series anymore. Great redux of this cover and I have to say bravo for showing some diversity, god knows Marvel could use some more of it!

  9. All the little changes, like the heroes on the sides of the main cover make this comic feel like one you should know, yet you cannot,as it only exists here.

One of the best I have ever seen.
