I think this 'cover' is freaking fantastic. Brandon did not just take the cover and tweak it a little bit here and there, but he really made it his own. He thought outside the box and used a completely different medium - not even paper - but 'stained-glass.' Another thing I love is that in making it his, he changed the theme. I think he's stinking amazing and brilliant. I guess I'm a 'little' biased though... he's my brother. :-D
@ Richard J. Marcej, this is just one of five that I've done so far... more exclusive images coming soon to Covered, but you can see my other lesser quality photos on my website... just click the link, and thanks again! So glad this connects with people!!
Hah, brilliant!!

ReplyDeleteCovers like this are the reason I subscribed to this RSS feed. Love the unique take on "The Most Colorful Super-Hero of All!!!"
ReplyDeleteAwesome stuff, Brandon.
I wish I were Catholic so I could make, like, a Latin/Thor reference. Damn you, Protestantism.
ReplyDeleteExcellent work, man.

Great job! Well done all the way around!
You know, he could make a series of Classic Marvel heroes/covers as stained glass windows and clean up! (money-wise)
ReplyDeleteOne of the best ever.
ReplyDeleteSimply amazing!
ReplyDeleteThank you all so much for the positive feedback!

Hats off for a brilliant use of some very cheesy photoshop filters.
ReplyDeleteGeoff, If you look at his website, it's clear the artist used actual glass. I think it's great!
ReplyDeleteI want to both read this comic AND attend this church.
